Suzanne Smith-Elekes, M.D, became Lutheran Medical Group's first infectious disease physician when she joined the group in October 2006 after 10 years with Infectious Disease Associates.
Dr. Smith-Elekes received an undergraduate degree from King's College in Wilkes-Barre, PA, and has served as chair of the internal medicine and infection control committees at Lutheran Hospital.
